What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, and MasterCard online through our secure ordering system
or by telephone.
Is it safe to use my credit card
online?
Yes. We support encryption codes that make using your credit card on
our website as safe as using it in person. You will need to supply
your exact billing address for your order to be processed. There are
a few other security measures taken by our shopping cart which you
will see at checkout.
Do you have a store I can visit to see your products in person?
How long will it take to receive my
order?
In-stock items are shipped within 1-4 business days. Customs orders
will be shipped as soon as the item is completed, usually 4-6 weeks
(sometimes longer.) You will be notified of shipping times shortly
after you place your order. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery once
your order is shipped.
What method of shipping can I
choose?
We use the US Postal Service Priority Mail for most deliveries. New for 2009,
we are offering a discounted shipping via US Postal Service First Class Mail
on orders weighing under 12 ounces. Some items may ship via UPS ground. These
items will be noted on their respective pages. All shipments are insured. We
offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 on most items. We do not offer any other
shipping possibilities as we have had complications varying carriers.

Leave us a message by calling toll free at (800) 249-8428 pass code 4477 or
local calls at (717)627-2404. Our phone is often not staffed except to leave
a voice message. We are a small company and our few employees wear many hats
and are often unavailable to man the phones. Your call is important to us and
we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be sure to leave your phone
number and the best time for us to reach you.

What is your Return Policy?
No cash refunds will be given. A store credit can be established for
the purchase price (not including shipping costs) of the item you
would like to exchange if you return the item within 30 days of the
purchase date. After 30 days, The Millinery will not take the item
back regardless of it's condition. Patterns, books and cut yardage
are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom orders may be cancelled
within 72 hours. There will be no returns/exchanges on artwork or any
custom order.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We will not disclose your personal information with anyone period!
Information submitted to us is only available to employees and solely
used for the completion of your order. After your order is complete,
your personal information is filed and payment information is
destroyed.
Does The Millinery wholesale?
The Millinery does offer a quantity discount on some of our buttons.
We do require that the purchaser has a resale number or tax ID in
order to qualify for these discounts. You can find our discounted

I don't live in the USA. How can I place an order?
Due to the fact that our staff is very small, we can not facilitate foreign
sales. The import and exort laws vary so much from country to country that it
is beyond our capabilities to complete overseas orders fairly and accurately.
At this point in time we can only offer sales to people within the USA. We are
very sorry for this limitation.
