These beautiful needle cases are hand turned by a friend of mine, Scott Griffiths. He is an extremely talented artist whom I have known for years, but I just learned that he makes these little treasures. The needle cases are almost 3" long with a 5/16" inside diameter for your needles. The split ring makes a great key chain or a hanger. Mine lives on an empty spindle of a thread rack.

All of the needle cases I have in stock are made of Bocote wood (Cordia elaeagnoides.) They are all golden brown with dark stripes. Some are a little lighter than others. Thus the 2 order buttons. The wood is often highly figured with "eyes," is a hard wood and finishes very smoothly. The Bocote tree grows in Central America
