The Millinery Sales Policies
No cash refunds will be given. A store credit can be
established for the purchase price (not including shipping costs) of
the item you would like to exchange if you return the item within 30
days of the purchase date. After 30 days, The Millinery will not take
the item back regardless of it's condition. Patterns ,books and cut
yardage are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom orders may be
cancelled within 72 hours. There will be no returns/exchanges on
artwork or any custom order.
We accept credit card sales from United States and Canada
provided we can confirm credit card and delivery information.
Shipping prices and status will be confirmed usually within 24-48
hours.
