Shipping has been a real issue in recent months. I have always done my very best to provide prompt and reliable service and will continue to do so. There are absolutely no negotiations on shipping rates and other applicable fees. There is a $2.00 handling fee that applies to all orders regardless of your total. All orders are subject to a $5.00 minimum. Shipping rates are subject to change as postal rates change. Express Mail (delivery next day to most locations) rates start at $23.40 (you will be billed for the actual shipping for Express Mail.) Your shopping cart will include our standard $3.99 shipping fee and $2 handling fee ($5.99 total); your order confirmation will include the shipping fee your credit card will be charged, not necessarily what the shopping cart shows. If you would prefer a faster method of shippng leave a note in the message box in the shopping cart as to Priority or Express. Canadian orders will be charged exact postage, rates start at $17.00 and will not be reflected in your cart. Confirmation will show your actual shipping charge. If you require, or would prefer, your order be shipped via UPS, a $5.00 handling fee will be applied to your order, even if it qualifies for free shipping. The $5.00 fee for UPS will not appear in your cart, but will be stated in your confirmation.

If you think these shipping rates and service fees are out-of-line, I encourage you to go to Amazon.com or any other online or mail-order retailer and compare their shipping charges to mine. Please remember I am a small company and I pay a living wages - the average order takes 30 minutes to process, pack and ship.
I cannot do better on the charges and recommend that you go elsewhere if you think they are in any way inappropriate.
